Wayne State faculty file grievance against School of Medicine

"In a letter to members, Parrish described several examples of professors who have received job performance letters:"

• One professor was given a substantial raise for research by his unit's salary committee in each of the past two years.

• Another has published nearly 20 articles in the last three years. He was granted tenure in 2014 and in 2016 received a letter from the dean.

• A third professor, when asked the last time he met with his chair to discuss his work, said it was in 2012.
