As Wayne State employees, you are eligible to take advantage of recent changes to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program to reduce student loan debt you may have. Register now for an online debt clinic on January 6, 2022 from 6:30–8 pm to learn how to navigate this and other debt forgiveness programs.
Registration is first come, first serve - attendance is capped at 50 participants in order to ensure that trained organizers are able to provide maximum assistance to attendees.

We are partnering with our national union, AFT, to offer this clinic. As part of this effort, AFT is also training members to help others navigate PSLF. If you’re interested in becoming a trainer, email Mark Dilley at mdilley@aaupaft.org.
If you cannot make the clinic but are interested, please email mdilley@aaupaft.org so we can consider whether to organize more events for WSU before the Public Service Loan Forgiveness temporary expansion period ends on October 31, 2022.
