Call for Nominations: ASSC 2017-18

Nominations for Co-Chair, Secretary, and two (2) Member-at-Large positions are now being accepted.

Nomination forms must be returned to the AAUP-AFT office by 5:00 p.m., on Friday, 5/12/17. Completed forms may be scanned and e-mailed to office@aaupaft.org, ordropped off to the Union Office (at the address listed above).

Nominators and Nominees must be employed as Academic Staff, and be current AAUP-AFT, Local 6075 full Union Members.  Please consider nominating yourself or a respected colleague.

When submitting your nomination form, please include a short bio on who you are, and a statement on why you are running.  It should take up one-half (1/2) page, or be approximately two hundred fifty (250) words in length.

Call the AAUP-AFT office at 313-577-1750 to get the nomination form, as well as a pdf file of the Call for Nominations and the nomination form instructions for your use, and to share with your bargaining unit member co-workers.

Your participation in this important committee of the Local Union is greatly encouraged.
